Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.

 

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 30 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.

 

Returns

If you find that our product does not provide satisfactory results within 21 days of use, we offer a refund. Please note the following conditions for a refund:

  1. Eligibility: The request for a refund must be made within 21 days from the date of product delivery.

  2. Product Return: The product must be returned, even if partially used.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the product.

  4. Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original method of payment.

  5. Change address: Once your package has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or process a refund for the order. We kindly ask that you double-check all details before confirming your purchase to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kieuo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Post Canada will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
